One-time Setup App Store Setup Fee

Customers are required to pay a one-time setup fee for submitting their App to the Apple® and Google® App Stores. This fee covers the associated charges for updating your App to your custom brand colors, editing your logo to fit, and the App store account fees.

Refund Eligibility

Until the customer receives an email from our company confirming the commencement of the customization work on their App, their entitlement to a refund is contingent on the work not being initiated; after that, refund requests will not be accepted.
